Terms and Conditions 2uuu — Platform Terms of Use

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "2uuu" or "Platform": refers to the website 2uuu.best and all its services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, e-sports, and crash games.
• "User" or "You": any individual over 18 years of age who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform upon registration.
• "Account": an individual, non-transferable account created by the User to access the services of the 2uuu.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) available in the User Account for use on bets and games, made up of completed deposits, betting winnings, and eligible bonuses.
• "Bonus": credit granted by the 2uuu as part of promotions, subject to the specific rollover requirements described in each offer's terms.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement": the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): mandatory identity verification process required to release withdrawals, in accordance with financial sector regulations.

To create an account and use the services of 2uuu, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Tue 18 years of age or older of age at the time of registration. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.
• Be a resident of or physically located in a territory where the use of online betting and casino platforms is permitted.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form, including your full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and email.
• Not have a previously closed or suspended account by the 2uuu for breach of these Terms.

The 2uuu reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that do not meet the above requirements or that contain inconsistencies in the information provided. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time for security purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account on the 2uuu.

Your Responsibilities

• Never share your login or password with anyone else, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for 2uuu, different from the one used for other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in the account dashboard for added security.
• Immediately notify 2uuu support 2uuu in the event of suspected unauthorized access or account compromise.

The 2uuu is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User's own negligence in protecting their credentials. We will never send emails asking for your password — any such communication should be reported as phishing.

The 2uuu accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL (R$) and available exclusively to users with a verified account:

• Pix — instant deposit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo. Processing in 2 to 5 minutes. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• Boleto bancário — settlement in 1 to 3 business days. Minimum amount: R$ 30.00. Boleto expiry: 48 hours.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — instant deposit via digital wallets. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other banks authorized by the Banco Central. Same business day settlement. Minimum amount: R$ 50.00.

All deposits must come from a bank account or card held in the User's own name and linked to the registered CPF. Third-party deposits are automatically reversed to the originating account. 2uuu 2uuu does not charge fees on deposits; however, any fees charged by the User's financial institution are the sole responsibility of that institution.

Withdrawals at 2uuu are processed exclusively via Pix or TED bank transfer, always to an account held in the User's own name and linked to the same CPF registered on the Platform.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount via Pix: R$ 50.00.
• Minimum withdrawal amount via TED: R$ 100.00.
• Pix withdrawal limit: R$ 20,000.00 per day and R$ 150,000.00 per month.
• Withdrawals to credit or debit cards are not available.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be approved before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The 2uuu charges no fees on withdrawals. The requested amount is transferred in full to the User's account.

Pix withdrawal processing time is up to 5 minutes after the request, including weekends and holidays. TED withdrawals are processed within 1 to 2 business days. The 2uuu reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals, as a security and anti-money laundering measure.

By placing bets on 2uuu, you acknowledge that Sports Betting and casino games involve the risk of financial loss and that the decision to bet is solely your own responsibility.

Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be cancelled by the User after confirmation, except where cash out is available.
• The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that transaction, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• The 2uuu reserves the right to cancel bets and refund amounts in cases of obvious errors in the odds (such as odds clearly outside the market due to a technical fault), premature settlement, or event cancellation.
• If an event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event are voided and the staked amount is returned to the User's balance.
• In accumulator bets, each selection is treated individually. If one selection is voided, that selection's odds are replaced by 1.00 (neutral) in the bet's calculation.
• Live Betting follows the same rules as pre-match betting, with the additional option to use cash out where available.

The 2uuu Covers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Champions League, Premier League, and 50+ competitions), UFC and MMA, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga Masculina e Feminina), tennis, Formula 1, e-sports, and 30+ other sports.

The 2uuu offers periodic promotions, including welcome bonuses, cashback, boosted odds, and free bets. Each promotion has its own specific terms available on the offer page, but the general rules below apply to all of them:

• Bonuses are valid for users with a verified account who are in compliance with these Terms.
• Each promotion may be redeemed once per User, CPF, email address, device, IP address, and residence.
• The welcome bonus — currently 100% up to R$ 500.00 — requires a minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 via Pix and a 5x rollover on the bonus amount in Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50.
• The rollover period for any bonus is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is granted. After this period, unused bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Voided, cancelled, or drawn bets do not count toward the rollover calculation.
• The 2uuu reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible.

In addition to Sports Betting, the 2uuu offers live casino, poker, and e-sports betting. The general rules in these Terms apply to all products, with the following specifics:

Live Casino

The 2uuu offers over 200 live tables featuring roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Crazy Time, and other game shows operated by certified providers. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is independently audited and available on each product's page. 2uuu 2uuu has no access to or influence over the outcomes of Live Casino games, which are determined by certified algorithms and/or real physical dynamics (cards, dice, roulette wheels).

Live Poker

The poker tables at 2uuu are played between real players — the Platform acts as the table operator, collecting a rake (a percentage) from each hand played as outlined in the table available in the poker section. Collusion between players, use of assistance software (bots), or any other dishonest practice results in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balance.

E-sports

E-sports bets follow the same rules as traditional Sports Betting. Coverage of CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2, and Free Fire is based on official tournament data. Bets on matches played under irregular conditions or cancelled by the tournament organizer will be voided and the wagered amount refunded.

The following are strictly prohibited on 2uuu the following conduct, without prejudice to any other actions that may be identified as fraud or abuse:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or circumvent Platform limits.
• Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors in odds or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage — identified cases will result in bet cancellation and possible account closure.
• Money laundering, financing of illicit activities, or any use of the Platform that violates applicable Brazilian law.
• Collusion in poker games or any form of match-fixing in bets.
• Submitting false documents during the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Transferring, selling, or assigning an account or balance to a third party.

The 2uuu continuously monitors behavioral patterns on the Platform. Accounts involved in prohibited conduct will have their balance frozen pending investigation and, if the violation is confirmed, will be permanently closed, with notification to the relevant authorities where required.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time through the support chat or by emailing suporte@2uuu.best. The process is initiated within 24 hours of the request.

Effects of Voluntary Closure

• Any real balance available (not derived from unfulfilled bonuses) will be refunded via Pix after identity verification.
• Unfulfilled bonuses and winnings derived solely from bonus balance are automatically canceled.
• Account history is retained for the legally required period under Brazilian law.

Closure by 2uuu

The 2uuu reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at any time in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, request by a competent authority, or inactivity exceeding 12 months. In cases of closure due to suspected fraud, the balance may be withheld until the investigation is complete.

The 2uuu believes that Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment that should be enjoyed responsibly, within each person's financial means. To support that, we provide effective responsible gambling tools:

• Deposit Limit: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits directly in the account dashboard, effective immediately.
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period before your account is automatically paused.
• Session limit: receive alerts or be automatically logged out after a playing time you set yourself.
• Temporary break: request a pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, new deposits and bets are blocked.
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent removal from the platform with immediate effect. New registrations using the same CPF will be refused.

These tools are available in the account dashboard under "Responsible Gambling", or can be activated via support chat at any time. 2uuu 2uuu trains its support team to identify and refer potential dependency cases with sensitivity and respect. The processing of personal data on 2uuu is governed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). We collect only the data necessary to operate the Platform, verify identity, process payments, and fulfill legal obligations.

• Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Data is shared exclusively with payment partners, certified game providers, and competent authorities when required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, port, or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing suporte@2uuu.best.
• Financial transaction data is retained for the minimum period required by Brazilian tax and anti-money laundering legislation.

The 2uuu is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or casino games, which are the sole responsibility of the User.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by instabilities in the Brazilian banking system or the Central Bank (Pix system, TED processing, etc.).
• Betting decisions made based on incorrect information obtained from sources outside the Platform.

The total liability of the 2uuu 's liability to any User is limited to the balance available in the User's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim, except where Brazilian law mandatorily imposes broader liability.

The 2uuu may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, our operational practices, or online betting industry regulations.

• Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email with at least 15 days in advance before taking effect.
• For minor or legally required changes, a notification may be displayed on your account dashboard the next time you log in.
• Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date without any penalties.

The current version and all previous versions of the Terms are archived and available upon request to support. The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from use of the Platform, the courts of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in full force. The failure by the 2uuu of any right or entitlement provided under these Terms does not constitute a waiver thereof.
